Fois Ilario Agricultural Company

Welcome to the Fois Ilario Agricultural Company, an authentic olive oasis located in the wonderful Sardinia in the Ogliastra region, land of centuries-old olive trees, famous "Blue Zone" where longevity and vitality are at home.

Our history is rooted in a family tradition of farmers who have been growing olives and producing high quality olive oil for generations. Located in one of the most fascinating regions of Italy, we boast a unique environment for growing our olives, which reflects the wisdom of the land and respect for the surrounding environment.

Passion and dedication to quality guide us in every phase of production, from the loving care of the centuries-old trees to the meticulous harvesting of the olives, up to the artisanal pressing which allows us to obtain a fine oil, rich in unique taste and aromas. Our products, characterized by a harmony of flavors, are the result of our experience and deep connection with tradition.

We are proud to provide our customers with genuine and healthy extra virgin olive oil, the fruit of our love for our land and its precious resource, the olive tree. Our farm is still strictly family-run today, with an area of approximately 20 hectares, and is also home to centuries-old olive trees that are up to 600 years old, true natural monuments.

Our "Ogliastrina" cultivar is the soul of our "Perelinu" oil, which takes its name from one of our estates. Furthermore, in 2010 we introduced another Sardinian cultivar, the "Semidana", to enrich our production.

Join us on a sensorial journey through the authentic goodness of our land and discover the excellence of Sardinian extra virgin olive oil. Explore our selection of extra virgin olive oil and immerse yourself in the genuine flavors of our "Land of Centenarians". We are excited to share with you the best of our company and our commitment to olive culture.

Welcome to the family

Ilario Fois.
